TCLS Health and Community News Update At The Club at Lake Sinclair and Aubri Lane’s at the Club, keeping our members, their guests and our associates safe is our top priority. To that end, we wanted to share the steps we’re taking in response to the recent outbreak of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19).
We are following recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) by developing preventative measures to maintain a clean, healthy environment at The Club and in Aubri Lane’s.
First and foremost, we’ve enhanced our cleaning and sterilization practices. In member contact areas, we are using approved solutions to sanitize “high-touch” areas such as door handles, menus and place mats. We have increased cleaning efforts in high-traffic areas, focusing on tables, handrails and chairs. We have also dedicated associates to cleaning key areas more frequently throughout the day such as restrooms, lounges and card rooms. We also have approved hand sanitizer available in all areas of the Club and Restaurant for the use of our members and our associates.
Additionally, we have asked associates who aren’t feeling well or who may have traveled recently to refrain from reporting to work. We have shared a new policy with them that provides extra flexibility to stay home, as well as pay options and support if they are affected by the virus.
Finally, we would ask that our members and their guests who aren’t feeling well or who may have traveled recently refrain from enjoying the Club until they have consulted a medical professional. The Club at Lake Sinclair and Aubri Lane’s would like to be your “safe haven” over the next few months as our society manages this world-wide pandemic. Rest assured that we will be vigilant in our defense against the spread of the coronavirus so we can continue to be your “home away from home!”
We thank you for your continued support, and we will continue to keep you informed as we take additional action.
